At the beginning of our search, Eddie custom tailored a home search based on the exact requirements we needed for our family. He didn't waste time by showing us houses that we wouldn't purchase, every house he showed us was what we were looking for. There were several areas we initially started looking at, Eddie helped us narrow the search to an area that was best suited for our family. Eddies extensive research of our needs is what gave him the understanding to show us nothing but amazing properties. I've talked with several different people about their experience with their realtors, and they were shocked at how fast Eddie was able to find us our dream house. When we finally put an offer in, Eddie was in constant communication with us and the selling agent. His constant communication with the selling agent ensured we were the family to get the house. When Eddie says: "is this the house you want?", and you reply with a definite "Yes", get ready to sign your loan docs! Eddie came to the house several times while it was in escrow to make sure every requirement for funding was complete. He didn't just make a single sale out of this purchase, he's earned us as clients for life. If we decide the sell this house, buy another house, or if someone asks me for a realtor that I trust, Eddie will be my only recommendation. The͏ Best Real Estate Agent I had decided to move to Bullhead, so I asked a friend if he would recommend the agent that assisted him when he moved here.

He told me to only use Arlene Miller. He was right! I called Arlene, introduced myself and we had a discussion. During our talk she asked me a series of questions trying to establish my parameters. I have to admit she listened. A few days later we met up and she had a list of homes for me to view. The last home of the day was it. She found the perfect home for me. Once we entered contract, Arlene kept me informed and updated. I could not make the final inspection, so she face timed me and walked through the house showing the work that had been completed. She even went to city hall and found permits for a couple of add ons to my house. I highly recommend Arlene if you are looking to buy a house. You will not be disappointed. (FYI, I am not a relative nor was I paid for this review)

"Stacy Johnson and Paul Bruce worked with my family and I for approximately a year finding a home in Lake Havasu. We had a group of family members with varying desires and criteria. Paul and Stacy worked together to identify our needs, show us a wide variety of properties. Once we located a property, it was a short sale which required additional negotiation. "I love working with Stacy. She worked with us for almost 2 years. In the beginning we weren't able to buy anything because of financing and then a year later we were back on board and she was right there with us never skipping a beat. "Stacey was awesome. She helped me find and purchase a home that suited our needs, wants, and concerns. She knows her territory like the back of her hand. She also holds your hand through the process. She is not a hard sell, and allows you the time to make the right decision for you. The more you work with her the more you appreciate what she brings to the table. She also has a nice follow up program with every type of contractor, property manager, handy man, cleaning lady etc. She helps find the right people in her town so you can get stuff done when you live out of the area. "We interviewed Stacy Johnson as our potential realtor and on the very next day or two she called to say that her partner Paul Bruce had a likely buyer. The sale moved almost immediately into escrow. Stacey, as our representative, guided us calmly through each step, answered our questions clearly and quickly, offered to find local help for what the house inspector wanted attended to, and of course had instant and cordial communication with Paul, the buyers' representative.
